The surrounding area offers a unique historical and cultural heritage: medieval villages, castles and historic villas tell the story of the greatness of the Medici family and the legacy of Renaissance masters such as Giotto and Beato Angelico. Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts can explore a varied and evocative landscape, with chestnut woods, olive groves and sunflower fields. Just a few kilometres from the campsite lies Lake Bilancino, ideal for a relaxing break, while the many CAI-marked trails and the Via degli Dei allow guests to discover authentic corners and breathtaking views.

For those who enjoy outdoor living, the campsite offers large, shaded pitches suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. All pitches are equipped with an electric hook-up (6 amps), nearby parking and convenient water points distributed throughout the area.

The village offers a range of modern and comfortable accommodation solutions, designed to meet every holiday need. The masonry apartments can accommodate up to five people and feature a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with shower, and a furnished patio with table and chairs.
Various types of mobile homes are also available, with one to three bedrooms, accommodating up to six people, and offering one or two full bathrooms. Mobile homes with two and three bedrooms feature a fully equipped kitchenette, living room with TV, and an outdoor veranda, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. To ensure inclusive hospitality, the village also provides a mobile home specially equipped for guests with disabilities.

The bar serves breakfasts, snacks and aperitifs, while the mini-market offers groceries, local products and souvenirs.

Available services include a free shuttle to San Piero a Sieve train station, luggage storage and a safe-deposit service. The reception, open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., provides tourist information and assistance with bookings and payments.

The sanitary facilities are equipped with free hot water 24 hours a day. A laundry area with washing machines and dryers is also available.
